Chipmunks Dance With Two People

RapTwins’s Chipmunks Dance maker is an AI video tool that puts two people from two photos (or one, or three) into the viral TikTok trio routine, with an AI-made friend dancing the empty spot. Videos run 12, 24 or 25 seconds, 9:16 at 720p or 1080p, with the template’s sound and no watermark, for 120–307 purchased credits each, from $9 a month; free sign-up credits don’t cover them.

1. Who dances where

Only the middle dancer is required. Leave the left or right spot empty and an AI friend dances there; the price is the same for 1, 2 or 3 photos.

Which photos work best

One adult per photo, facing the camera, eyes visible, ideally head to knees, even light. Different hair or outfit colours help the AI keep you apart while you spin. No sunglasses, no group photos, no heavy filters. JPEG, PNG or WebP, 300–6000 px, up to 10 MB.

3. Resolution

Videos are paid with purchased credits (sign-up and check-in credits don't cover them).

Chipmunks Dance templates

The three templates the tool copies, at full length. The sunset court and the purple-lit studio are filmed trios dancing to the sped-up chipmunk-voice “You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)”; the 12-second court routine is AI-made and has different music. Your video keeps the moves and the scene and swaps in your faces and outfits. Tap a clip for sound.

Chipmunks Dance: Sunset court (25 s)

Filmed trio on an outdoor basketball court under a pink-and-blue sunset sky, 25 seconds, 9:16. Sound: the sped-up, chipmunk-voice “You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)”. Your video copies these moves and this scene with your faces and outfits.

Chipmunks Dance: Purple-lit studio (24 s)

Filmed trio in a purple-lit room, wearing decorative bunny-ear headbands, 24 seconds, 9:16. Sound: the same chipmunk-voice “You Spin Me Round” track. Your video copies these moves and this scene with your faces and outfits.

Chipmunks Dance: Short court routine (12 s)

AI-made short court routine with a spin, a finger circle and a sway, 12 seconds, 9:16. Sound: different music (not the chipmunk-voice song). Your video copies these moves and this scene with your faces and outfits.

Can two people do the Chipmunks Dance?

Yes. Upload one photo of each of you: one goes in the middle spot, which is required, and the other on the left or the right. The empty spot is danced by an AI-made friend, so the finished video still shows the full trio routine with three dancers, just as the trend looks on TikTok. Two photos cost exactly the same as one or three.

The video always has three dancers: the routine is built on three people trading places, and the AI copies a filmed trio. There is no two-dancer cut.

Use two separate photos, one person in each. A single photo with both of you in it does not work, because every spot takes its own photo.

How do you make a Chipmunks Dance video with two people?

Add the first person’s photo to the middle spot and the second person’s to the left or the right, pick a template and a resolution, and press the button. RapTwins first puts you both into the template’s opening frame as one group photo, with the AI friend in the empty spot, then copies the template’s moves onto that photo. It usually takes 5–10 minutes, and you can leave the page while it runs.

1Add the middle photo

The person who opens front and centre. One adult, facing the camera, eyes visible, ideally head to knees.

2Add the second photo left or right

The side you leave empty decides which AI friend dances with you (see the table below).

3Pick a template and resolution

Sunset court (25 s), purple-lit studio (24 s) or the short court routine (12 s), at 720p or 1080p. The price shows before you start (120–307 credits).

The video comes with the template’s sound and no watermark, plus a silent copy for adding the sound inside TikTok or Instagram.

Who is the third dancer in a two-person Chipmunks Dance?

An AI-made friend in their twenties, not a real person and not anyone from your photos. Which friend appears depends on the spot you leave empty: the left spot is always the same invented friend, and so is the right. You cannot describe or choose a face for them; if you want someone you know in that spot, add their photo instead.

Spot left emptyWho dances there
LeftAn AI friend with shoulder-length dark curly hair, a mustard-yellow sweater and light blue jeans
RightAn AI friend with short brown hair, a sage-green zip jacket and black trousers
Left and right (one photo)Both AI friends, one on each side

The AI friends are invented for your video: no real person’s photo is used for them. The moves and the scene come from the template, as for the two of you.

Which spot should each of you take?

Put the person who should open the video front and centre in the middle spot; it is the one spot that must have a photo. The other person takes the left or the right. The three dancers start in a row with the middle one a little in front, then trade places all through the routine, so both of you get turns at the front.

Different hair or outfit colours help the AI keep you apart during the spins. The AI pairs people and dancers left to right as they stand in the first frame.

Which Chipmunks Dance template should you pick?

Pick by length and sound. The sunset court (25 s) and the purple-lit studio (24 s) are filmed trios with the full routine and the sped-up chipmunk-voice “You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)”. The short court routine (12 s) is AI-made, has different music and is the cheapest way to see how your two faces come out.

How much does a two-person Chipmunks Dance cost?

One video costs 120 to 307 purchased credits, charged once when it starts and refunded automatically if it fails. Two people pay the same as one or three. The 12-second routine at 720p is the cheapest (120 credits, about $4.46); the full 25-second sunset court at 720p is 232 credits (about $8.63). The Starter plan ($9 a month, 240 credits) covers one 25-second video at 720p. The one-time $5 trial pack (73 credits) is sized for a rap clip and does not cover one.

Credits per video, the same quote the button shows before you start. One, two or three photos cost the same. A credit costs about $0.04 on a monthly plan.

Is the Chipmunks Dance AI free, and is there a watermark?

No free videos: this tool runs on a premium video model, so only purchased credits pay for it; sign-up and check-in credits don’t. Every video downloads as an MP4 with the template’s sound and no watermark, plus a silent copy, and a failed video gives the credits back. See plans and credit packs.

What can’t a two-person Chipmunks Dance do?

It can’t make a video with only two dancers: the third spot is always filled, by a photo or an AI friend. It can’t take one photo of both of you, more than three people, or a described face for the AI friend. It doesn’t add cartoon chipmunks, change your voice or use your own song: the sound is the template’s.

Fast spins

Faces can blur or drift for a moment during the quickest turns. Clear, front-facing photos and different outfit colours help.

Adults only

Each photo must show one adult. Photos of children or teenagers are not allowed.

No edits after

A finished video can’t be re-cut or re-timed; a new video costs the credits again, so check the photos first.

How does it compare with other Chipmunks Dance AI tools?

Clico and MakeViral ask for three photos and make a 15-second video; MimicZip makes one from a single photo for $4.98. This tool takes one, two or three separate photos at the same price, fills empty spots with AI friends, and makes 12-, 24- or 25-second videos with no watermark.

What is the Chipmunks Dance trend?

A TikTok trend from October 2026: three people stand in a row, hop and swap places, take turns at the front, spin and circle a finger like a spinning record, to a sped-up, high-pitched version of Dead or Alive’s “You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)”. The chipmunk-like voice gave it the name, after Alvin and the Chipmunks, but no cartoon chipmunks appear.

Searches for Alvin and the Chipmunks dance scenes, dance-offs or Chipwrecked clips lead to the films, a different thing: this tool makes the TikTok trio with real faces from your photos, not film scenes.

Chipmunks Dance With Two People FAQ

Can my boyfriend and I do the Chipmunks Dance without a third person?

Yes. Upload one photo of each of you, leave the third spot empty and an AI-made friend dances there. The price is the same as with three photos.

Can the video show only the two of us dancing?

No. The routine copies a filmed trio, so the video always has three dancers. Leave a spot empty and an AI friend fills it.

Can the third dancer look like someone we know?

Only if you add their photo. The AI friends are invented people with fixed looks; you can’t describe a face for them.

We live in different cities. Do separate selfies work?

Yes, that is how the tool works: one photo per person, taken anywhere. Clear, front-facing photos with even light work best.

Does a two-person video cost less than three?

No. One, two or three photos cost the same: 120–307 credits, depending on the template and resolution.

Can I do the Chipmunks Dance alone?

Yes. Put your photo in the middle and leave both sides empty: two AI friends dance with you.

Do the free sign-up credits cover a Chipmunks Dance video?

No. These videos are paid with purchased credits only. Plans start at $9 a month, and a failed video is refunded automatically.
