By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

RapTwins (raptwins.com) is an online AI rap video generator: you upload one or two photos, pick a stage and get a short AI-generated rap video. Paid plans give you credits to generate videos. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Credits are charged when a video starts, and credits for a failed generation are refunded automatically. For any other billing problem or refund request, email support@raptwins.com with your order number and we will review it case by case.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.

AI Content Rules (Acceptable Use Policy)

RapTwins is a creative tool that turns photos you upload into short AI-generated rap videos. Upload only photos of yourself or of adults who have agreed to appear in the video. You must not use the service to create, upload or share:

1. Sexual or explicit content of any kind, including sexually suggestive material.
2. Violent or gory content, including threats, self-harm or graphic injury.
3. Hate speech or harassment that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits, or that bullies or humiliates a real person.
4. Content involving minors. Photos of anyone under 18 are never allowed, and any content that sexualizes or endangers children is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities where required.
5. Impersonation or misleading content: using someone's photo without their permission, using photos of public figures or celebrities, or presenting a video so that viewers are misled about who is in it or what they said or did.
6. Copyright or trademark infringement, including uploading images you do not have the rights to use or presenting a video as official material of an artist, brand or label.

You are responsible for the photos you upload, the lyrics you write and how you use and share the resulting videos. Videos are generated by AI; when you post them on social platforms, use the platform's AI-generated content label.

How we moderate content

• Before generating, you must confirm that everyone in the photos is an adult who agreed to be in the video and is not a public figure.
• AI-written lyrics are instructed not to name real artists, celebrities, brands or public figures.
• Every generation request is screened by the video model provider's safety systems. Requests that are flagged are refused, and the credits for them are refunded automatically.
• Generated videos stay private to your account until you choose to share them. We review videos that are reported to us and may review any content that appears to break these rules.

Reporting content

If you see a RapTwins video that breaks these rules, or a video that uses your photo without your permission, email support@raptwins.com with the subject "Content report", the link to the video, and a short description of the problem. We review every report, remove content that breaks these rules, and reply to let you know what we did.

Consequences of violations

If you break these rules we may, depending on how serious the violation is, refuse or stop a generation, delete the content, remove the share link, remove remaining credits obtained through the violation, and suspend or permanently close your account. We may also report illegal content to the relevant authorities.
